xploring the different typs of maps.
Task
For this activity you will be required to compare and contrast 2 different kinds of maps. You need to show how they are similiar and how they are different. Do not forget to use the correct math terms in your comparisons and differences. The assignment should be the length of one page.
Process
In order to compare 2 DIFFERENT types of maps you will need to find 2 different maps. You can do this by going to google images and typing in maps. This will bring up pictures of maps. Select 2 that you can compare. When you click on the picture of the map it will bring up a description of the map and tell what type it is. You will want to notice the similarities of the maps and theri differences. For instance their name, type, what the map looks like, the kind of key that it is, the scale used, is it one country, a state, county, etc. Remember your paper needs to be at least one page in length with the correct terms used with maps that we learned earlier this week.
