ON WARS

Introduction

Children, scientists and spies were the “invisible” ones during wars. Children had to be evacuated during the the Second World War, scientists like Oppenheimer used their knowledge to create nuclear weapons, while well-educated British men decided to lead a double life and they became spies during the so-called Cold War.
