The Earth is calling for help and you can be a hero! In this WebQuest, you will explore how climate change affects the planet and discover simple but powerful ways to help protect the environment. By the end of this quest, you’ll be ready to take action and inspire others to do the same. Are you ready to save the Earth?

Task

Your mission is to create a digital awareness campaign (poster, video, or slideshow) that encourages people to take action against climate change. You will:

  • Learn what climate change is and why it matters.
  • Research real-world environmental problems and solutions.
  • Propose and share actionable tips to help protect the environment.

You’ll work in small groups and present your campaign to the class.

 

Process

Form a team of 3–4 members.

Assign roles within your group:

  • Writer: Writes the captions and key messages
  • Presenter: Shares the final product with the class
Evaluation

Evaluation

Students will be graded based on four main criteria: content accuracy, creativity, teamwork, and presentation. Excellent work will show accurate information, original and engaging designs, good collaboration within the group, and a clear, confident presentation. Points will be given depending on how well each area is met, following a 1 to 4 scale with 4 being the highest.
