Introduction
Student Centered Learning Environment
Student-centered learning is a learning experience which is determined by the students themselves. Through this approach, learners can select what they wish to learn from a wide range of different topics. In student-centered learning, students might choose what they want to learn within a set range of topics, study independently, complete a combination of online classes and lead discussions after conducting online research. This method can often include collaborative learning, active learning and project-based learning. It is a customised learning approach which can incorporate various aspects, as long as it follows the core principal of student-lead learning, instead of teacher (Powell, 2013).
What interests you? Sports? Historical novels? Cars? Finding crafty ideas on Pinterest? We are often challenged to make choices. We're motivated by stimuli that we value, by our passions. If ideas hold no personal interest for us, we often quit, unless a relationship or reward is involved (Powell, 2013).

Evaluation
Student-centered classrooms are big on collaboration.
Student-centered assessments ask open-ended questions that force learners to reflect and synthesize what they have learned.
Encourage student buy-in.
21st-century learning is focused more on creation and critical thinking than on compliance.
If learners weren't required to come to your class, would they? Motivate your students with an environment they truly want to learn in.
Transform educators into coaches and facilitators.
Encourage students to use their intellect.
Provide necessary support and resources to teachers.
Set up rules.
Include the parents.
Provide added learning opportunities.
Conclusion
tudenNever in the early years of education would one have heard their teacher referred to as a "guide on the side." Today, in the transformation of education, student-centered learning focuses on the student autonomy and independence. Student-centered learning emphasizes each student's interests, abilities, and learning styles, placing the teacher as a facilitator of learning for individuals rather than for the class as a whole (Powell, 2013).
