Task

You need to prove that you understand how to effectively collect and display your learning in a digital portfolio. You will be asked to create your portfolio using the characteristics that you learn from searching and examining other digital portfolios. Here are the tasks you must complete:

  1. Find six examples of great digital portfolios
  2. Paste a link/image/video into a new Padlet and explain why it is a great example
  3. Choose three of your examples to improve your digital portfolio
  4. Submit a brief reflection on the changes you made and why
Process

You will use your existing strategies to figure out the characteristics of a good portfolio.  Then, you will collect your work in Padlet.

Using Padlet, you will add SIX examples (links, videos, pictures) and give a brief explanation for each. You may work with a partner but you must BOTH have six each.

Starting Place:

Using Google, search for  "student digital portfolios."

Next Steps:

  1.  Signup for Padlet with your Google account and create a new Pad.
  2.  Post your six examples into the Pad and including your name in the Title box.
  3.  Make sure you explain you selected the example in the Caption box.
  4.  Using ideas from three of our six examples, make revisions to your digital portfolio.
