The bleach experience (Cody Holtman)

Introduction

Background-

Lactic acid fermentation is Pyruvic acid from glycolysis changing to lactic acid.  Alcohol fermentation is when pyruvic acid changes to alcohol and carbon dioxide.  Cellular respiration that proceeds in the presence of oxygen is called aerobic respiration  While anaerobic respiration cellular respiration that doesn't include oxygen.
