Introduction

This lesson is about the history of photography

This webquest is for 16 year old students and it is suitable for intermediate level learners. 

Students read a paragraph about the first photograph ever taken and they take notes. Activities focus on reading (Skimming and scanning) and writing skills.

Do a research about the invention and development of photography and create a timeline. 

When you finish your timeline you can present it to your peers and they will evaluate it.

Conclusion

After you finish your timeline, be prepared to present it to your classmates. Make sure you have fun while learning about the history of photograpy and presenting it. Your peers will evaluate it and send their evaluations to the teacher, next class the first 3 timelines which got the best evaluations will be announced and the teacher will give a short feedback to everyone.
