Introduction
Hey, Good Morning students. Imagine you're on a mission to teach your family and friends how to stay healthy and strong. In this WebQuest, you'll work in teams to explore how exercise and healthy eating can make a big difference in your life. Are you ready to become health experts and share your knowledge?
Task
Your task is to create a fun and educational health plan for kids your age. This will include:
- A daily exercise routine (with at least 30 minutes of activities, you can choose the exercise).

Roles:

- Nutrition Role: Research healthy meals and snacks and create a sample menu.
- Creativity Role: Create a poster or visual to share the group's message with others.
Process
- Gather Information off of the internet with websites provided below
- Meet as a group to share what you’ve learned and combine your work into the health plan.

- Present your health plan to the class.

Evaluation
Your health plan will be graded in four areas:
Teamwork: Did your group work well together? Did everyone do their part and support each other to create a great project? Good teamwork means everyone contributes and helps the group succeed.
Creativity: Is your poster or video fun, interesting, and original? Did you find a creative way to teach others about staying healthy?
Accuracy and Information: Does your health plan include correct and useful information? Is the exercise routine realistic and the meal plan healthy and balanced? Did you use the websites provided to find good information?
Effort and Presentation: Did your group work hard to make your project look good and easy to understand? When you present, do you explain your ideas clearly and confidently?
Each section will be graded on a scale of 1-4. A 4 means excellent, and a 1 means you need improvement. Do your best, and remember, this is about learning and having fun while creating something meaningful
Conclusion
Great job, teams! You’ve finished your health plan and shown how staying active and eating healthy can lead to a happier, stronger life. Now, think about how you can use what you’ve learned every day to make healthier choices for yourself. Even small changes can make a big difference, take what you’ve created and share it with your family and friends so they can learn from you, too. Keep setting a good example and inspiring others to live healthy lives.
