Your job is to assume the role of one of the Fabulous Five. You will research where you food group fits in on the food pyramid, what foods are in your group, how many servings you need each day, and design a meal and a snack with the rest of your team.

Having a healthy diet is important in order to maintain good health. 

The food pyramid is a guide as to what you should eat each day.
