Introduction
Many of us like to step out of our homes and enjoy what nature has to offer. Especially during summer days, we become more reluctant to step out of our houses to break the repetitive cycle of the school year.
In this Webquest activity we will be creating a presentation about the different outdoor activities we can practice that will benefit both our emotional and physical health.
Task
Each group of students will choose and search for information on one of the following outdoor activities:
- Swimming
- Climbing
- Surfing
- Running
- Kayaking
Process
Class will be divided into five groups of four students.
Each group will choose its outdoor activity.
Each student within a group will be assigned roles for the report which include:
- Necessary resources and materials
- Cost and Locations for the activity
- Cautionary Measures
- Best Season/Weather Conditions to Practice
- Competitions (both national and international levels)
Create a Power Point presentation as well as an oral report about these activities

Conclusion
We had a great time learning about the different ways we can interact with each other in the outside world while making sure we keep a healthy emotional and physical life.
