Introduction

We are going to learn about family trees. Family trees are a diagram showing the relationships between people in several generations of a family; a genealogical tree. The importance of a family tree is to display basic genealogical information in a semi-graphical form that makes it relatively easy to understand family relationships and lines of descent.
