Introduction

This week you have learned a lot about magnets and their uses. You even conducted an experiment where you tested what objects were magnetic, and which ones were not. 

Now it's time for you to take all the knowledge you have learned about magnets, and share it with others! Your assignment is to create a flyer about magnets and how they work

Task

For this assignment you will create a flyer about magnets!

In this flyer, you need to include at least the following information, you may add more if you want to.

What are magnets?

Name three objects that are magnetic.

What are poles?

What does it mean when objects repel?

What does it mean when objects attract?

Have fun and be creative! Please use Microsoft Word for this project.

Process

Please follow these instructions to complete this assignment.

1. You will get into partners or groups of three.

2. Assign information for each student to be responsible for, and then start your research! 

3. Fill out your entire graphic organizer! This will help you decide what information is important and will help you keep it organized.

4. Use Microsoft Word to create your flyer. 

5. Make sure the names of everyone in your group are on your flyer somewhere, and then print your flyer!
