Artist Research project

Introduction

You will be using this webquest as a guide to help you with your artist research.

Follow each step in this document and you will have enough information for your power point presentation.

On the next page, each # is at least 1 slide in your power point presentation.  You may have more than one slide per number but that is up to you.

On the process page there will be websites to use for  your research.  You should only use those sites to complete your power point.  

 

Task

 1. You will make at least 7-10 slides for your presentation about your artist

 2. What is your artists' name?

 3. 3 interesting facts about your artist

 4. What kind of art work does your artist make?  Painting? Drawing? Sculpture?

 5. What time period is the artist most famous? Impressionism, Modern, etc

 6. Dates of the artist carreer and life.

 7. Pick a piece of art work from your artist and describe it using the elements and principles of art.

 8. 3 pictures of the artist work

 9.  Transitions and a design template should be used for your powerpoint.

10.  Use your creativity with your presentation!
