Task
This is your scenario:
You live in a country that has just ended a long-drawn civil war, and you are in charge of setting up a democratic government.
What kind of democratic system will you choose to set up?
You are to write a report with all the possible types of democracies and electoral systems for your country. In the end, please make a considered reccomendation to the writers of the constitution, and state how the decomracy should be designed.
