Introduction
It is your mom's birthday. You and your "siblings" are going to surprise her and invite some friends and family over for dinner and dessert. In order to do this, you have to alter the recipes accordingly to have enough food.. It is important that you add or subtract the fractions correctly so that the recipes turn out right. Ask as many questions as needed.
Task
Your first task is to adjust the Swiss Chicken recipe for 15 people.

Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 package of Swiss cheese slices
10 1/4 ounces cream of chicken soup
10 1/4 ounces cream of celery soup
8 ounces chicken stuffing mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Arrange chicken breasts in the baking dish. Place Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast, overlapping if desired.
Combine cream of chicken soup and cream of celery soup in a medium bowl, and pour over chicken breasts.
Sprinkle with dry chicken stuffing mix.
Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
Serves 6.
Ingredients
1 cup butter, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (can used boxed crumbs or grind whole crackers in a food processor with an adults assistance)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup + 4 tablespoons reduced fat creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended.
Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9 x13 inch pan.
In the microwave, melt the chocolate chips with the remaining peanut butter, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
Spread over the peanut butter layer.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
Serves 24.
