Introduction

Imagine you are a tree in a stranded field and you have to endure all 4 seasons. You stand tall during rain, snow, sleet, wind, and sunny weather. How does the weather make you feel?

 

We will be learning about the 4 seasons! Do you know what the 4 seasons are?

What is the weather like in the state you live in?

Do you look at the weather daily--using a television, computer, or weather app?

By the end of this lesson, you will be able to:

  • Name the seasons
  • Describe the weather in each season
  • Create a poem about the 4 seasons

After reviewing the 3 videos, answer the questions below:

-How many seasons are in one year?

-What are names of the seasons?

-What is the weather like in each season?

 

When you have answered the questions above, you and a partner will write a short poem about the four seasons. When each pair has completed the poem, we will present them to the class. Have fun! :)
