This assessment is for the level of Primary/Elementary school children.
Students should write a paragraph of what they did over the weekend using past tense verbs.
For this assessment students will be using the internet. The internet will be used to answer questions, watch videos and research more the tense of verbs.
Students will be provided with links to view and complete a short one paragraph after reviewing the videos.
All students should have the internet at their disposal for this activity.
Upon completing this task, student will be able to write about events that had occurred in the past using this form of verb sentence structure. Furthermore, they will be able to identify and differentiate how the form of past tense should be used when writing in the past tense using precise verb usage.
All students will write a short paragraph about what they did over the past weekend. Paragraphs will be presented to the class.
(*if students did not do anything over the weekend you must still construct the paragraph. It can be affirmative or negative in the past tense of tenses).
Before starting your paragraph, remember you should to click on the link and pay attention to the use of verb usage since you will be writing in the past tense.
In order to attain a good score students must follow instruction for writing their paragraph and speak fluently if and when presenting.

In conclusion, students will be able to then explain themselves writing in the past tense. Also, they will become a lot more comfortable when they are both writing and speaking about the occurance of past events. The revision of the videos was to let them have a clearer understanding to establish and critique their writing skills.
