Physical Fitness WebQuest

Introduction

In this quest you will learn about the components of fitness, where you will be able to learn at your own pace and comfort.  This Web Quest was also designed for you to understand the importance of the components of physical fitness and the assessment designed must be completed individually.

 

Exercise is one of the most important things you can do for your health: the key is to find the right exercise that will make you physically fit.  Physical fitness is the general state of health and well-being to carry out tasks, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities without fatigue.  Physical fitness is achieved through proper nutrition,moderate daily physical exercise, and sufficient rest.  The components of physical fitness help you to improve all areas of physical fitness which in turn helps you to maintain a healthy lifestyle. 

Task

The objectives of this research is to be able to :

-List the five components of fitness

-Define the components

-The effect each component has on the body

-Give examples of each component
