Create Your Own Fitness Plan

Introduction

This week we've been discussing the importance of exercise and the importance of exercise in being or becoming healthy people!

Task

You will need to create your own fitness program for one month.

You will need to include cardiovascular and strength training for 3 days of each week.

Please utilize the cardiovascular exercises and strength training exercises that we have used and discussed during our classes.

Process

Take one template from the basket on the teacher's desk to fill in and complete your choices of cardio and strength exercises.

The template breaks down the 3 days of the weeks as well as the month for you.

Evaluation

You will be evaluated on completing the fitness plan template with the correct number of days per week, as well as choosing the appropriate cardio exercises and strength exercises for one month.

Conclusion

Students will turn the template in on time and will need to receive a passing grade on the exercises they have chosen, before they can move on to implementation of their fitness plan.

Credits

Credits will be given as followed with 80% as the cut off line for passing.

1.  Neatness and ability for teacher to read it.

2.  Meeting deadline for handing it in.

3.  80% to pass and to be able to move on.
