Today, over 2 out of every 3 adults in the United States are considered overweight or obese. There are movements called locomotive movements and non-locomotive movements. We need your help to find out which ones will help our American citizen best, to get back on track and get fit. 

Task

Your job is to find out which movements, locomotive or non-locomotive movements, will help our citizen to burn more calories and get back in shape.

Process

Process

Everyone will choose one partner to work with. One partner will be assigned locomotive movements and the other non-locomotive movements. You will both explore websites to find out more about both types of movements. You will make a chart that seperates the types of movements. After you make the chart you will use it, your research, and previous knowledge to determine which movements will burn more calories.
