Introduction

Holiday is a day on which people lay aside their ordinary duties and cares. Having a holiday is great fun in many ways. Firstly people have a day off; secondly, it’s a variety and change from everyday routine. Every country has got its own national and religious holidays. There are several public holidays in Great Britain that are observed nationwide and are official days off.
