Introduction

This week we will be developing an understanding of fractions. First we will be beginning with unit fractions, and we will use fraction models to show parts of a whole.

Focus Question: Why are fractions important ? Where do we use them in our everyday life?

Task

First you will watch a crash course explaining what fractions are and how they apply to real situations.

Second you will be using IXL Learning and  completing two learning modules .
