Amendment III                                                                                                                                                              

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Summary:

The third Amendment gives us the right to decide if u want the soldier to get in your house or not. They can’t come in unless you say so.

The family claims police violated their Third Amendment rights, the Third Amendment forbidding

the quartering of soldiers in private homes without the owner's consent.

Like the British army regularly commandeered colonists' homes, the Framers insisted on the right to refuse to quarter troops in private property. But the third amendment guarantee rarely comes into play today.

1) What happen if they get in like a normal person?

2) What they do whatever thing they want if they are already in?

3) There's a reason why they can’t get in on your house?

1) If they like a person the army is not going to be the same.

2) If they do whatever they want they would pay the consequence.
