Body Parts

Introduction

                                           

                                           a science webquest designed for 2nd graders.                                                                                                          

 The human body is a miracle system where all the parts work together to do our all daily duties. Thus,it's very important to learn how it works perfectly.

Children need to know:

  1. Body parts' names 
  2. Their functions 
  3. Which parts of the body needed to do a certain activity...
Task

The duties children need to do ;

  1. Colouring and writing body parts in  flashcards.
  2. Watch the music video and imitate
  3. Match the body parts with their names and listen

 

Process

Task 1 : Print sets of flashcards for parts of the body  , or print some for you to colour in and write the words !

Recognition: Student could not recognize any body parts of the body when the pictures are shown. Student could not recognize any of the body parts when the pictures are shown to them. Pronounciation: Student can pronounce the body parts through listening the task. Student couldn't pronounce the names of the body parts. Musical Kinesthetic:Student can understand the song about body parts and find their body parts as it is done in the song. Student could not understand the song about body parts and find their body parts as it is done in the video. Student couldn't understand the song about body parts and find their body parts as it's done in the video without teacher's help. Student could understand the song about body parts and find some of the body parts as it's done in the video. Student could understand the song about body parts and find all of the body parts as it's done in the video.
