Introduction
In this webquest you will plan a fictive business trip starting from a list of requirements.
You will visualise the entire week and give an overview of all the arrangements you've made.
Work in pairs.
Task
STEP 1: find your partner
STEP 2: Your task is to prepare a business trip in L.A. for an entire week. Your boss has a list of requirements:
- I want to fly in first class.
- I'm leaving on the 4th of September.
- I need to get to my hotel.
- On Wednesday I'm organising a business meeting at the hotel. Which facilities can I make use of?
- I need dinner every night. I'm vegetarian.
- On Thursday, I have a day off and want to do something fun.
- I want to know what the entire week will cost
STEP 3: visualise the week. You can get as creative as you want: a timeline, a calendar sheet... Include all the items from the list.
Process
1. Decide on who is going to research the different items of the list.
2. Who will be responsible for visualising the information? How will you visualise?
3. Start researching and creating.
4. Revise your final product.
