Hey there,
Today's Webquest is over the Butterfly Lifecycle.
We will participate in several different activities that will help you be able to identify and label the different stages that take place in this lifecycle.
The four stages in the Butterfly Lifecycle include:
- Egg
- Larva
- Pupa
- Butterfly

The first task to complete on this Web quest is to complete a KWL chart.
Use the link below to print off and complete the KWL chart.
Fill in each column as follows:
- I want to know (K) What you "already know" about Butterfly's and the Butterfly Lifecycle.
- I want to know (W) What you "want" to know about Butterfly's and their lifecycle.
- And then later what you (L) Learned about the Butterfly Life cycle.

1. The first thing I would like you to do in order to review more about the Butterfly Life cycle is watch the video above called "Butterfly Butterfly." The words are on the video too if you would like to sing along!
2. Next, I would like you to use the link below. Print this page out and write your name on this paper. This activity asks you to fill in the blank the correct stage of the butterfly life cycle to the correct picture.

You will need these items to complete the last activity for today. You get to draw me your very own Butterfly Life cycle! Make sure that you label each stage after drawing your picture. I can't wait to see what you all come up with!
