Can Venus fly traps reproduce ?

Introduction

Venus fly traps can reproduce and make more of themselves. By means of sexual and asexual reproduction, to do so the plant experiences a phase that goes through pollination while reproducing and making spawn. In order to be able to reproduce the plant needs to live and grow in the following conditions; sun and water, and food, they eat insects but they can live without eating which is rare in some cases. To catch the insects that they pray on they grow a 5 inch stock to catch and trap bugs. It has to be several years old before it has enough energy to devote time into making flowers and seeds. When ready to reproduce it takes exactly 5 hours to reproduce sexually.
