In this webquest students will learn about the check in/check out procedure
Task
Students will work in two groups to find out information about:
Group 1:Check in procedure
Group 2: Check out procedure

PROCESS (step one)
Each group will search for information on the links offered below and answer the questions.
GROUP 1: check in procedure
1)What is a check in procedure?
2)Which information does a registration card consist of?
GROUP 2: check out procedure
1)What is the guest checkout?
2)What steps does it involve?
PROCESS (step two)
Each group will now write a dialogue between a guest and a receptionist conducting a check in/check out.
PRESENTATION
As a final presentation students will role-play the dialogue they had written.
