Introduction
The Civil War is to this date the most devastating and catastrophic war in America's history. Families were torn apart, lives were lost, and left the entire country split into two sides; the North and the South. To this day historians argue what the war was fought for, but the easiest answer was basically end slavery.
Task
The purpose of this WebQuest is for you to gain a better understanding about why the Civil War was fought. Also, you will learn the advantages and disadvantages for both sides of the war. Additionally, you will learn about the important people from the North and the South. Finally, you will read some primary documents that came about during this period.
