Objective: To engage students in exploring significant information about social environment issues through research and case studies. The students will be able to develop critical thinking skills and analytical skills, enhance their skills in writing research and be an active member of the society.
Preparation
Content: Discussed to the students about the format and outlines of their short investigatory report/research.
Resources: Provides articles and other research studies to help students what will be the content of their study.
Plan for Group work: Divide the class into three group.
Set Timeline: Set the deadline of the output and presentations.
Presentations: Prepares the materials needed during presentation. (projector, laptop, table and chair, and panel)
Schedule checkpoints: There should have schedule checkpoints to monitor the progress of their study, and allowing students to ask questions and what areas they might find difficult and address issues and concerns.
