Introduction

Epic of Gilgamesh is a long narrative poem which examines the universal human search for meaning and longing for life. In ancient tradition Gilgamesh was king of the city of Uruk. The poem tells the story of his heroic struggle against death.

Evaluation

The story is very interesting it convey my full attention in reading.

The epic of Gilgamesh is story about death and friendship, these are two main themes in the book. Gilgamesh is the one who has to come to grips with the reality that death is inevitable, and that friendship is a necessity. ... When Gilgamesh and Enkidu first defeat Humbaba, they anger the gods.

Conclusion

I conclude that the story give a piece of knowledge to the students in a world literature.

Gilgamesh was the greatest leader of all time. He made great accomplishments during his lifetime such as defeating Humbaba, becoming the fifth king of Uruk, being the main character of the "Epic of Gilgamesh", and being the first early superhero of humanity.
