Create a week long workout schedule using the F.I.I.T. training principles. The weekends will be rest days. You will need to make three workout plans which means you will repeat two of them to fill in the Monday through Friday. You cannot have the same workout two days in a row. Each workout should have frequency, intensity, type, and time described with it. Display this neatly in either a list or a table. You may use some examples from the links and from our class.
