Introduction

Task

I can have an understanding of the lives, characteristics, and habitats of tarantulas!

Process

Group Project:

Here are the groups: A- Bill, Sally, Ron   B- Flo, Emma, Darren    C- Carl, Fenmore, Delilah   D - Unity, Sam, Greg   E- Suptara, Trevor, Webber   F - Trent, Sara, Melina 

Step 1:

Using your chrome books find one kind of tarantual that lives in each of the 7 continents except Antarctica. (So 6 continents total)

Step 2:

Make a powerpoint presentation that has a slide for each tarantula.

Include on each slide this information: What it eats, what kind of environment it lives in, what is it's home, and two other special facts.

Step 3: 

Present your powerpoint to the class. Make sure that each person in your group presents two spiders.

Individual Assignment:

Write a story "A day in the life of a Tarantula", choose one of the spiders your group research to base your story on. 1 page minimum, 2 page maximum.
