The Australian Government Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority is a group designed to look after and preserve The Great Barrier Reef. In this web quest, you will learn more about the Great Barrier Reef and what the GBRMPA does.
Task
Open a Google Doc and write the heading:

1. Go to: http://www.gbrmpa.gov.au/about-us/about-us
2. Go to the GBRMPA page and scroll down to where is says "The Reef: Vast, beautiful and under pressure" and read this section.
3. Answer these questions:
A. How many jobs does the Great Barrier Reef contribute to?
B. How much money does the Great Barrier Reef contribute to the economy?
4. Go back to the GBRMPA page. Up the top of the page, click the part that says: "Our Work" and then click on "Eye on the Reef".
5. Click on "Eye on the Reef App".
6. Answer these questions:
C. What does the Eye on the Reef app do?
D. If you were to visit The Great Barrier Reef, how could you use the app?
And finally:
7. Go back to the GBRMPA page. Go to the top of the page and click on "The Reef", then "Reef Facts".
8. Read through some of the facts.
