Task

Students will be divided in groups:
Each group must have an organizer, an editor, an info researcher, and PowerPoint builder.

Each member of every group will be responsible for their own field of activity and must work all together to reach their final product.

Each group will be assigned a different outdoors zone to imagine having picnic on. This assignment will have to implement the history of the subject, preparations before going on picnic, necessary equipment one has to have with them while going out, possible weather changes, rules of behavior while outdoors etc. Each group member should have specific topic regarding their research or presentation, after that members write a summary about what they will have found. And then they must pass their essays to their organizer, who will later report to the teacher.
The project overall will have 5 individual grades and 3 group grades. Only working as a team will bring you excellent final result!

If someone from a group is unable to work in team due to various reasons, they will be assigned to do the individual work from the book.

I am sincerely proud of my students expanding their knowledge on the subject I teach them. This is remarkable experience I value very high. When students are involved in groups and complete given tasks together, they also improve their social skills, which will be inestimable important in their future life. I also want to mention that creating my own WebQuest showed me a lot of ways of improving my professional abilities as teacher of English language.
