Good habits

Introduction

1-Great the class. Encourage the children to respond.

2_ ask what the time? Elicite response 

3- show Unit 13 flash cards ask what can you see?Elicite  as much as possible in English (room,routines, etc.)

4- say listen. Play recording. Pointing to the flash cards. 

5_ point the flash card in random order to elicite sentence. 

Task

Ask the children to read the pictures labels aloud. 

Say listen and find. Play recording pausing after the first sentence. 

Continue playing recording. Pausing after each sentence  

The children check their works in pairs 

Elicite answers,  asking the children to write them on the board. 

Process

 

Prepare word cards:/I/brush/my hair/wash/my face /clean /my shose /go/to bed/get /up/do/my homework. 

 

Mix up the cards again and repeat. 

Ask children to make sentence. The class confirm each one and read 

Evaluation

To see if the children can recall the routines more quickly. 

Conclusion

To practice say how often you do things;to use time expressions, including early and late;to say whether routines are good or bad.
