For CSR the elements in the poster is the main objective so that the business can improve the standard of loving of the community they are located in or the people living in it. CSR improves the lives of individuals positively and is a benefit to the businesses sales at the same time.

• Hold workshops on HIV/Aids prevention or awareness campaigns.
• Make antiretroviral (ARV) treatment programs available to affected staff.
• Encouraging staff to join HIV/AIDS support groups is a good idea.

• Create techniques for dealing with discrimination and stigma.
• Take part in HIV/Aids preventive programs offered in the community.
• Assist HIV/Aids activities run by community-based organizations.
