Introduction
The Forearm Pass/ Bump
Forearm volleyball pass involves hitting the ball in a controlled manner to your teammate. The forearms are made into a flat platform, positioned ready for the ball to come into contact. The arms aren't necessarily swung when passing. Swinging the arms will result in a less controlled pass.
Task
At the end of the lesson students will be able to:
Cognitive
- Describe how the forearm pass is done
- List three ways the forearm pass can be used.
Psychomotor
- Demonstrate the forearm passing using with correct technique with at least 80% accuracy in a static position.
- Demonstrate the forearm passing using with correct technique with at least 80% accuracy while moving

Task 1

If you have a ball and a partner that would be good however if you do not have a ball then practice using an imaginary ball.

Evaluation
Graded Practical Activity
Record a 30 seconds video of yourself doing the forearm pass. If you do not have a ball then mimic the action.
Ensure you are using the correct technique when executing the skill.
