Introduction
Healthy Eating for a Collegiate Level Soccer Player
Target Audience: High school students
Subject: Health and Sciences
Healthy eating is extremely important for college athletes. Food is the fuel to their performance. I like to compare feeding your body healthy food to putting gas in your car. This is the same for soccer players and all other high level athletes. It is vital to consume healthy foods for the best athletic performance.
