Introduction
This WebQuest will teach you history of England. You know language quite good, so now it's time to know something about the beginning and the growing of England!
Task
In group of 3 you will look up the Internet (or other resources-what you prefer) and find the most important information about:
Prehistory
Britannia
Viking challenge
England under the Plantagenets
Tudor England
17th century
Formation of the United Kingdom
18th-19th centuries-Modern England
Then, in the class, all of the groups will present their work to teach others students history and to show the most important monuments, maps and other
Process
1. First step:
Divide class for 8 groups (3 pupils or more in each)
2. Second step:
Students choose historical period over which they will work
3. Third step:
Every group must prepare the presentation in PowerPoint with the main informations and imagies and present it in the class (maps, monuments, pictures of kings..."
You have 1 week to prepare this.
Evaluation
To pass you have to do all of those 3 steps. The mark depend on your work.
