Introduction
This web quest was designed to aid students in their discovery of how to express hobbies in Spanish. How do you tell people what you like to do in Spanish? In this lesson on hobbies in Spanish you’ll learn how to say activities in Spanish. Whether it’s sports, music, cooking or traveling, you’ll learn how to speak about hobbies in Spanish and the things you enjoy.
Talking about shared interests is a great way to establish common ground. Being able to talk about things to do in Spanish will help you make friends - and make the conversation more interesting!
Task
This two two sections. students will be required to watch the video a video about hobbies using the verb gustarse- to like something or someone and then create a dialog in groups of four between their classmates.
Process
section one

- after watching the video students should form groups of four and work collaboratively to create a conversation about their favorite pass time activity

Conclusion
At the end of this activity the teacher will will do an assessment to evaluate the progression of the class. The will be paying keen attention to the areas highlighted on the rubric for assessment.
