Calling all zoologists, veterinarians, and wildlife biologists for a very important mission! I need your help! I want to open a zoo for the community but I don't know much about animals and the different characteristics they have that make them easy to classify into groups. That's where you come in! I need your help identifying fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds, and mammals! You will go over the information I have provided to help me classify animals!

Process
Now, that you've learned all about animals and how to classify them, I need you to build me a zoo!
You will use your markers and your poster board to draw me a zoo.
Your zoo should have 5 SEPERATE areas for visitors. The 5 areas are listed below:
- mammals
- reptiles
- amphibians
- birds
- fish
Include animals in each area and include reasons that each animal is classified as one of the 5 above!
Evaluation
Grading Rubric:
10 points: clear poster board that contains all 5 categories of animals, at least one example of each type of animal, and a list of characteristics for each category of animals.
5 points: Poster board only has 3 categories of animals and is missing examples and characteristics.
0 points: Poster board that is missing the categories and does not list correct examples or characteristics.
