This video above will be showed to the classroom after your teacher has read the book out loud. This video will not only give you a refresher but also get you prepared to make lists about the story you just read and the steps needed to take in creating you very own story and mouse. This will also give you another point of view from another reader and help you determine who did a better job at reading the story and what your teacher and the other reader can improve on.

Step 1: You first activity will be making lists of what the two main characters did throughout the story. This can include what things you think were fun and you remember and things that could cause issues at school that the mouse did that were not the best things to do in the school atmosphere. Not only did the story include actions the mouse took throughout the day but you got to see the effects it caused to the student while he was at school. Making a list will then prepare you to present information you have about the story to your classmates.

Step 2: The next step you and your partner will be taking will be in creating your own mouse. You should both be creating this mouse together and including clothes, shoes and other objects that you would like your mouse to have. This will give you mouse some character and make yours unique.

Step 3: You and your partner will not be creating your own little story book with at least five pages of information and what your mouse and you will be doing throughout the school day. Make this fun and interesting so your classmates will be interested in your story. You story should include:

-A title page with authors and illustrators

- Images of your mouse and you doing things at school with little captions.

- Different subjects that you go through out the day.

- LOTS OF COLORS AND DRAWINGS.

Evaluation

This will be one of your final tasks for this WebQuest you will be presenting to the class. You will talk about the book to the class and give examples of what the mouse did and information about the two main characters. Then after completing this you will then move on to telling the class about your very own mouse and what he accomplishes throughout your story and what characteristics you mouse has and you will even show the class what your mouse looks likes. This will be a fun and everyone will be looking forward to seeing every ones mouse and hearing about the adventures he taken when you bring him to school.

After watching the video on YouTube you and you classmates can discuss how well the reader in the video did with reading it out loud compared to how your teacher does. This can give you teacher feedback on what they think you did good at and what you could've improved on as well as the reader on the video.
