Importance of exercise with regards to education

Introduction

Students who are physically active tend to have better grades, school attendance, cognitive performance (e.g., memory), and classroom behaviors (e.g., on-task behavior). Higher physical activity and physical fitness levels are associated with improved cognitive performance (e.g., concentration, memory) among students.

Task

To be able to test whether or not the theory and impact of physical activity on education 

we will have 2 groups of learners 

one group will do their work in a more active form (outdoors and doing physical activity ) while the other group will sit at their desks and do their work. 
 

we will compare and see which group performed at a higher level 

Process

Testing out if the way in which learners are thought with regards to teaching methods , environment ( in a more active and physical way ) will impact the level of their understanding and performance in the classroom 

Evaluation

Conclusion

Children learn differently, however it is proven that if children learn in a more active and inclusive environment they tend to perform better and want to participate which is causing them to be more engaged in the content
