Being active is not only beneficial to your physical health, but it is also good for your mental health. Let's get moving!
Task
You are going to create a slideshow using PowerPoint or google slides showing why you think physical movement should be included in everyone's day-to-day life.

Step 2: Use the link below and do the exercise to learn about how keeping a balanced diet is important to having good health.

Step 3: By using what you learned, and exploring a little on your own, create a slideshow about how a person can stay active and healthy.
Evaluation
You should have a least five slides, with pictures on each slide that reflect what the slide is about. Each slide should have something different explaining how staying active it important. Once you have completed this slideshow, submit it to me for grading.
