Explore Reflection Concepts: Read articles and watch videos about the role of reflection in adult learning.

Engage in Discussion: Participate in a guided discussion forum where you will share your personal experiences regarding reflective practices. 

Create a Reflective Post: Write a post on the provided discussion link describing how you plan to incorporate reflection into your daily or weekly routines.

Create a Personal Action Plan on how you will incorporate reflective practice into your daily live. 

Feedback and Assessment: Take part in a group reflective activity where you will share your initial individual action plans and get feedback on each other's action plans
