Step 2: Participate in Discussion

Join the discussion forum [here] (insert forum link) and answer the following questions:  

1. What does reflection mean to you?  

2. Can you share an experience where reflection helped you learn something valuable?

Step 3: Create a Reflective Blog Post

Write a 300-500 word blog post on a platform like WordPress or Medium. In your post, explain how you plan to incorporate reflection into your daily life using tools such as journaling, peer discussions, or meditation.

Step 4: Record a Video Presentation

Create a 3-5 minute video where you summarize your thoughts on reflection and describe your plan for incorporating it into your life. Use a tool like Zoom, Loom, or your smartphone to record the video.

Evaluation Criteria:

Discussion Forum Participation (10 points): The quality of your contributions and your level of engagement with peers.

Reflective Blog Post (20 points): The depth of your reflection, the clarity of your writing, and the relevance and applicability of your insights.

Video Presentation Clarity and Depth(20 points): The organization, engagement, and effectiveness in communicating your reflection plan.
