Task

Three fundamental, mutually interrelated components for online learning community :

• The virtual space, where teachers meet and interact with each other, exchange ideas and learning material, and collaborate with peers

• the community memory, which is a record of ‘what was happened’, i.e. the community knowledge, community evolution and development, as well as its operational history

• the community repository, which includes participants' activities, earning material, and artefacts created through both, individual and collaborative actions establish protocols that facilitate online interactions among PLC members to enhance the effectiveness of these interactions.
