Class 803 Ms. Daniels
The 2nd Amendment states, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
This amendment states that people have the necessary right to have a gun without being charged of breaking the law for self defense. This means that by all means as long as you have a license for a gun, you can’t be charged for having one because in the 2nd amendment it clearly states that we have the right to bear arms.
