room the beginning, the battle for gun rights was structured as a three-step process. Step 1: Determine the meaning of the Second Amendment. That was accomplished by the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in district of Columbia v. Heller which affirmed that the Second Amendment secures an individual right to bear arms, in part for self-defense.

this is about t he Second Amendment is one that is often the subject of controversy and one that divides public opinion on the subject of gun law. The Second Amendment reads: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Adopted on December 15, 1791, the basis of such rights is thought to have originated in English law, which has always purported that men have the right to bear arms.
1)why people have the right to have an arm? people have the right to have a gun because in some laws ( canada, cuba, chile ect..) because they think that the people have the rights to defend their self.
2)why people are opposed to the second amendment? The unalienable right to freedom from violent harm, and the right to self-defense, both exist before and outside of secular government.
3)why people have the rights to have an arm but they can’t kill nobody? People have the rights to gave an arm but can’t kill nobody because if a person is getting in danger they can just defend them self with the gun.
My comment:
Michelle answers are all right and she use key details to answer.
